We have community and people at the heart of all the decisions we make at Thrifty Frogg’s Shoppe and aim to make your shopping experience as fun and friendly as possible.

Both of our owners, Arthur and Aaron, started with a journey from their home city of Pittsburgh, PA to Sacramento, CA. Both not knowing they were moving to the same city, having been high school friends. The result of their business partnership being Thrifty Frogg’s Shoppe.
